  • Custom or made-to-order jewelry pieces may require additional production time before shipment.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Packages are lightweight (under 150g) and shipped in standard protective boxes (20cm × 5cm × 5cm).

  • Domestic Shipping: Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout.

  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide! International standard delivery generally takes 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country and local postal services.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country once the shipment arrives.

  • These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Lost or Damaged Packages
